Changing your plans
Travel dates and details change. If your plans shift, message Fidel directly on WhatsApp as soon as you know — he'll work with you on adjusting the arrangement where possible.
Specific cancellation terms are not yet defined — for example, whether there is a cancellation window, whether any deposit is refundable, or how much notice is needed to change a group booking. This page should be updated with real, confirmed terms rather than assumed ones.
Whether a deposit is ever collected, and if so, under what terms, has not been confirmed. Do not publish deposit terms until verified.
